Chairperson
The Mission of the United Refugee Green Council (URGC) shall be to:
- Facilitate the creation of cooperative networks and apply assessment and consultation to bring about economic green development programs that will increase life chances of refugees, restore human rights and create sustainable development programs that are suited to be applied by UN Agencies to refugees, assisting UN Agencies in the capacity and need to be required by UN Agencies. We achieve this via listing and involving financial institutions, traditional and alternative energy producers, private enterprises, diplomatic representations, universities, governmental bodies and other concerned parties all sharing a common humanitarian interest.
2. Apply studies, assessments, consultation to existing and new UN Agencies and Government programs and or support systems and give consultation in modifying and or creating new sustainable cost-effective, efficient green support systems and or programs that:

“The URGC (United Refugee Green Council) works with the International Human Rights Commission, United Nations as well as government agencies around the world to help address the refugee crisis and improve the lives of thousands of people around the world. Our mission is to facilitate the creation of cooperative networks and consult to bring about economic green development programs to increase opportunities for refugees, restore human rights and create sustainable development programs.
URGC Canada thinks holistically and provides long-term sustainable economic green solutions that provide housing, schools, healthcare, social and socioeconomic development to refugees in the resettlement process as well as providing protection to women and children who have become refugees. The organization also provides similar solutions to refugees who are not able to resettle back to their homeland by helping them become self-sufficient in housing, education, health and food supply.
URGC helps the hosting governments and aid relief agencies by advising them on ways and means to eliminate unnecessary costs which it believes is the only solution to help reduce refugee numbers and to restore independent living to refugees and other displaced people.
As the Chairperson and President URGC Canada, I provide leadership to the Board of Directors and help guide and mediate Board actions with regards to organizational priorities. I am also involved in strategic planning and facilitate decision making for the board members. As the primary public figure for the organization in Canada, I represent and work to further URGC’s mission at all times.

3. Increase security, safety and protection of UN Agency humanitarian and voluntary workers
4. Cuts cost to UN Agencies, Governments and apply greener work structure, environment and practices
5. Help increase the efficiency and productivity of UN Agencies
6. Provide green training programs to UN Agencies staff/humanitarian and voluntary workers
7. Provide sustainable reusable green emergency response housing solutions
8. Provide sustainable green permanent housing solutions
9. Provide the network of green approach organisations that can apply a green emergency response quick life saving green construction of housing and infrastructure which assures safety and protection, restores human rights, reduces the risk of disease, provides clean water, sanitation, health, education and better management for UN Agencies which can cut cost up 90%
10. Provide sustainable green solutions for clean drinking water, sanitation and green electricity solutions
11. Provide sustainable green solutions for green energy supply
12. Provide sustainable green solutions for health centres, education for children and adults
13. Provide holistic green housing and infrastructure planning of refugee camps which creates a sustainable and developing holistic green community
14. Provide sustainable green solutions for the green socio-economic infrastructure that leads to actual jobs, vocational training and further development
15. Provide sustainable green solutions for local food production that meets the nutritional food requirement of local refugee community sustenance needs
16. Provide environmental studies, assessments, impacts of displacement v environment with green support systems and programs to restore equilibrium
17. Provide sustainable systems that restore and maintains human rights to displaced people
18. Provide bespoke services to each sector of displaced populations that promotes development
19. Provide educational structures from primary to secondary level which meet criteria, standards and approval of Ministry of Education of hosting country
20. Provide vocational training programs to adults that can be placed into sustainable work/jobs within their community
21. Provide training to trainers
22. Provide studies, assessments, consultation and support systems to matters of peace talks and resolution
23. Provide sustainable green solutions to restructure refugee camps so as to reduce crime, disease, internal conflict and create better efficient support systems for Refugee Agencies
24. Report upon any human rights violation towards refugees
25. Report upon human trafficking and sex slavery and other human rights violations against refugee children and woman within refugee camps
25. Where possible; provide sustainable economic green support systems and programs to help refugees to remove themselves from displacement and return back to their homes
26. Applying services in assisting UN Agencies and Governments in increasing life chances, restoring human rights, protection of children and females and applying green sustainable development support systems that help refugees develop and remove themselves from displacement, is the foundation of our mission
27. Place and promote human rights on the forefront of all we do, apply support systems that promote peace, gender equality, health, equality, economic development and educational access, socio-economic infrastructure, green housing solutions, awareness regarding the rights of women, children and youth in developing nations and in refugee crisis situations.
Broaden the understanding of sustainable socio-economic development and promote the implementation and dissemination of norms, rules and guidelines that apply to this field as well as assess past and existing socio-economic infrastructure and apply sustainable socio-economic green infrastructure that benefits refugees directly and UN Agencies
Promote URGC mission and services as well as voice/report on past and present refugee crisis and issues on lack of human rights, human rights violations, housing, food, water, sanitation, power supply, clothing, health, education, human trafficking, child and female abuse, other crimes by or against refugees, development, socio-economic structures or lack off and give a green expression on improving lives of refugees and expression on improvements that can be made by service/support providers. Promoted and expressed through our networks and through our Honorable and Esteemed URGC Ambassadors.
Develop, establish, promote, work closely and maintain ‘Sister’ relationships with private organisations and government agencies and UN Agencies for the mutual mission of applying sustainable solutions that increase the life chances of displaced people and vulnerable displaced people, child protection, restoring human rights, creating sustainable green support programs for emergency green housing, permanent green housing, clean water supply, sanitation, electricity, health facilities, educational facilities, vocational facilities for adult learning/training, social and recreational facilities, environmental and ecological impact, local food produce and general socio-economic infrastructure.
Work in line with UN Agencies and Governments to help provide realistic economical holistic green support systems that help benefit UN Agencies by helping UN Agencies cut costs, create safer and more secure environments for UN humanitarian voluntary staff/workers, increase efficiency of UN Agencies through our developed support projects, apply all we do at increasing life chances, restoring human rights, protection, health, education and development of refugees.
Help establish tools that better support and allow UN Agencies and governments to better apply their services in a green economic and efficient structure.
